- Naciò en Paita el año 1920, casado con doña Alicia Estrada Tàvara con la que tuvo los siguientes hijos: Gustavo, Ana Consuelo (fallecida), Marìa Alicia, Marìa Lucìa Patricia y Marìa Virginia, hizo sus estudios en el colegio Salesiano de Piura, se graduò de Contador Pùblico en la Universidad de Trujillo, cursò estudios completos de Doctorado en Ciencias Comerciales. En la Universidad Mayor de San Marcos se titulò como periodista profesional, entre sus principales obras se encuentra la "Breve Historia de Piura", "Historia Prehispànica de la Regiòn Grau", "Diccionario Biogràfico Regional", "Miguel Grau el Hombre del Milenio" y muchìsimas obras màs, imposibles de nombrar a todas. Excelente profesor de muchos colegios, fundador del Colegio Las Capullanas, de la Escuela Normal Mixta, del Instituto Nacional de Comercio de GUE Salaverry. Fundador del Colegio de Contadores Pùblicos de Piura. Director y fundador del Diario El Norte de Sullana. Editorialista del Diario Correo de Piura. Trabajò muchos años en la Municipalidad de Sullana como Jefe de Presupuesto y Planificaciòn y simpre estuvo impulsando el desarrollo de la Provincia de Sullana desde el año 1950.
